Multiculturalism may have "failed totally" in Angela Merkel's Germany, but it's alive and well and making a big noise in Denmark - thanks to a very special series of cross-cultural concerts that Nat Geo Music was fortunate enough to attend earlier this month.
The Global Village DK/NY project teamed up a select crew of jazz and world music musicians from New York City - including pianist Helio Alves, saxman Jay Rodriguez and Klezmatics trumpeter Frank London - with their counterparts in Denmark for a short, 3-city mini-tour of the country...
